MVIS Australia Resources Index (AUD)
The modified market cap-weighted index tracks the performance of the largest and most liquid companies in the Australian resources sector, incorporate in Australia and listed on the ASX. Its unique pure-play approach expands local exposure to include non-local companies, incorporated outside Australia but with a listing on the ASX, that generate at least 50% of their revenues from the Australian resources sector. The MVIS Australia Resources Index (AUD) (MVMVR) is calculated in local currency (AUD) and has been licensed to underlie financial products with currently USD 99.76 million in assets under management.
Country and Sector Weightings
MVIS Hard Assets Indices are pure-play indices. Companies must generate at least 50% of their revenues in the target area of a certain index to be eligible for index inclusion. Country weightings are based on the weightings of all index components in a certain country.

- Micro-Cap: companies with a market capitalisation up to 200 mln AUD
